i hate computers

theres a problem with our internet connection..AGAIN(dumb dumb streamyx)
the technician came yesterday...
(after calling that helpline..gone through those annoying red tapes)
"for english press 1...to enquirer about streamyx services press 2...our agents are all busy at the moment...they will attend to you in a short while...your call is important to us*streamyx advertisment music playing*"BAH!

after 20 minutes...
hello miss loh what is you line number?what is the brand of your modem?are the lights blinking?
(with strong malay accent)
YES BLINKING LAH!WHAT ELSE...
then they say they need 2 working days....only to find myself waiting like a dumbo as they take no further action..then you repeat the whole conversation...
"YES BLINKING!!BLINKING!"

I had tried the polite style...in sheer hopes that they will take immediate action since this girl asks politely.....
I had also tried the harsh-I-am-very-annoyed-and-irritated way....hoping that they got 'scared' and take instant action..you know lah this world...ppl tend to ignore mr/ms nice lol!
(a lesson learnt from Kar Wye...the certification issue haha)

i can literally memorize the whole conversation(with the answering machine)

and so the technician came..checked this and examine that...eventually lights no more blinking BUT then somehow...still failed to access to the internet!and so he said.."i think itu problem browser kamu..guna laptop saya boleh..."

even worse....which means i have to trouble my cousin brother again!!!oh no oh no OH NO
